Our mission :

    Community Doulas at AIFC is a community based doula referral and provider organization. Our network includes doulas trained and certified through DONA International. The grandmothers of the Community Doulas were the inspired women of the Turtle Women Project featured in Issue 127, November/December 2004 of Mothering Magazine and the Ramsey County Children's Initiative.

We have matched women and families seeking natural birth help with a birth doula, postpartum doula, midwife, lactation and breastfeeding counselor, childbirth and parenting education from western Wisconsin to the Twin Cities Metro area of Minnesota.
